Our mission at FreshFit Coaching is to help as many people as possible learn and develop healthy eating and living habits in order to improve value and quality of life through fighting against illness, chronic pain and obesity by providing support, education, and guidance in living healthy lives.
We do this through coaching programs, both one-on-one or in groups, focused on nutritional education, fitness training,
coaching on coping with change and developing healthy habits. FreshFit Coaching teaches and encourages ‘Bio-individuality’ – the belief that every persons body is different, and therefore there is no ‘one-fits-all’ diet or lifestyle that will work for everyone. Instead, we work with our clients to help them identify what their individual needs are, physically and nutritionally, and how to make simple, easy changes to support these needs in their life. By following this course our clients are able to control their weight and feel healthier and energized long after they leave our services. We are all about supporting out clients to be able to move forward on their own.
Sonja Vieira started FreshFit Coaching 2 years into her fitness career because of an earnest desire to help people struggling who
feel over-weight, low on energy and suffering from bloating and pain, amoung many other problems. For many years, Sonja suffered from fatigue, anxiety, abdominal pain and bloating, headaches, nausea and joint pain without being able to figure out why. These struggles became a part of life that she took fore-granted, especially when her husband, Frank, became very sick for two years from non-diagnosed intestinal ulcers. It was her husbands illness, along with her own struggles, that first led Sonja to turn to exercise and nutrition to help improve their health and well being. Their was one big stumbling block in the way though. She didn’t know how to use exercise or food to improve their health. After hundreds of google searching leading to websites that seemed to offer contradictory advice, Sonja decided the best way to know what was what was to study fitness and nutrition for herself.
