FreshFit Bootcamp is an hour long group fitness exercise session involving exercises for all fitness levels, from off-the-couch beginners to looking-for-a-challenge fitness pro’s. All the exercises used are varible, meaning they can be made easier or harder depending on your fitness levels. At FreshFit we encourage you to work at your own pace, so you can work as hard or as light as you desire!
Need the extra push? Our fully trained and qualified instructor will push you within your own limits, if you feel you need the extra encouragement to work harder.
NEW HOME-WORKOUT ON YOUR PHONE – Pay Monthly and you will receive a workout app you can use on your phone to keep up your fitness levels! Our trainer will check to make sure you are keeping up with the rest of the bootcamper’s at home!

Personal Training offers your the opportunity to have one-on-one attention from your trainer, meaning you reach your goals faster and more efficiently!

- Access to heavier weight equipment in FreshFit Coaching’s training room in The Rock.

HEALTH COACHING
Can’t seem to lose weight? Struggling with unexplained fatigue? Do you have bloating, abdominal pain, and inflammation?
Often many everyday ailments such as these are caused by an inadequate diet or lifestyle habits that we don’t even know are harming us. Health Coaching gives you the opportunity to discuss your health with a trained professional who can help you form and adhere to an action plan to improve your health, your energy, and your quality of life through nutrition and lifestyle.
A Health Coaching program gives you 12 hour long sessions once a fortnight over a period of 6 months.
Your health coach will:
- Help you to identify possible food intolerance and deficiencies, and will help you adhere to a step-by-step process of improving your nutritional intake in accordance to your bodies physical needs.
- Help you to break through any psychological barriers that may be preventing you from reaching your goals.
- Provide a safe, confidential environment for you to discuss your health concerns and your wellness goals.
- Provide practical support through recipes, accountability, and daily access via phone or e-mail.PRICE:
